I serve as the owner’s advocate in the advisory sense, acting as a strategic partner who helps architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors stay aligned around shared project objectives—while each party retains responsibility for its own contractual role.

Our ultimate goal is to help owners achieve projects that approach net-zero cost impact by identifying and leveraging cost-saving opportunities, financial incentives, and long-term efficiencies that may offset initial investments.
